Rev. Rachelle Rial - MBA, LCSW

"This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to Him."

2 Corinthians 5:17-18

My Story

I've been practicing as a clinician since 2017, but have plenty of experience with behavioral health, insurances, and in counseling as an ordained minister.

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Arkansas with over 10 years of experience working with Adolescents, Young Adults, and Families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including health and wellness, stress management, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges. I have also worked with many people over the years as they grow to establish a strong sense of self-worth, healthier habits and lifestyles. I engage in mindfulness training and practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on a regular basis. The basic components of these practice are pieces I apply to my personal life every single day.

My counseling style is built on empathy and compassion. No one will ever walk the same road you are walking but I can hold your hand as you teach me all about your journey. It takes a lot of courage to open up about thoughts, feelings and beliefs and I respect anyone who choose to engage this courage. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Solution Focused Approaches to help you find peace quickly but with practices that will last a lifetime.

I look forward to meeting you!

I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities. Let's connect.
